Building A Foundation for the Future

At FCA, our preschool program is far more than a daycare. As part of the Fairview Christian Academy Preschool, your children will be loved and educated by qualified preschool teachers. Beyond providing exceptional care of your child, our preschool teachers take an interest in building an academic foundation that will put your child ahead and lead to a more seamless transition into kindergarten. 

At Fairview Christian Academy Preschool, you can expect:
  1. Daily Bible lessons to teach your child the Bible
  2. Intentional phonics instruction for early reading
  3. Curriculum-based instruction including numbers
  4. Direct communication with your child's teacher 
  5. Secure, clean facilities that are routinely inspected. 
  6. Guided play times on our playground
The preschool program is approved by the state of Tennessee through the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The preschool operates during the normal school year (August - May) in addition to operating during the summer (June-July).

Preschool Program Options


The FCA Preschool program is privileged to offer the following options to meet your child's needs while accommodating your schedule:


  • Three year-old class
  • Four year-old class
  • Summer preschool available (if enrolled in a preceding or succeeding year in the preschool).
  • Half-day or full-day enrollment



Prospective preschool students must turn at least three years old by August 15 of the desired year of enrollment. Parents interested in enrolling their child in the academy's preschool will follow these steps:


  1. Schedule an assessment with our Preschool Assistant Director (call 423-252-0082 to schedule with our office)
  2. Register your child for preschool
  3. After reviewing the application, our office will contact you if your child is accepted
  4. If accepted, the child's parent or guardian will receive the Preschool Handbook and Information packet.
