Dr. Jack Scallions, President
Dr. Jack Scallions is the president and founder of the Fairview Christian Academy. He has been involved in Christian education since 1978. He also serves as the President of the Tennessee Association Of Christian Schools and the Pastor of Fairview Baptist Church.
Greg Ranck, Administrator
Mr. Ranck has been the Administrator at FCA since 2005. Along with his administrative duties, he also teaches Math and coaches varsity boys’ basketball.
Mary Anne Davis, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Davis has been at Fairview since 1979, making her our senior staff member. Mrs. Davis serves as an assistant to the principal and the director of our pre-school. She also teaches high school English.
Kathy Pedde, Elementary Principal
Mrs. Pedde as been with the academy since 1991. She serves as our Elementary Principal and 1st grade teacher. She has also worked with the TACS as an accreditation advisor.
Faculty
Cindy Cronquist, High School Social Studies
Mrs. Cronquist has been at Fairview since 2005. She teaches several history and science classes, home economics, physical education, and coaches girls basketball and volleyball.
Ryan Hayden, High School Bible/History
Mr. Hayden has been at the school since 2007. He teaches Bible and History in the high school, and history and science in 6th grade. He also coaches Varsity Soccer.
Kathy Pedde, 1st Grade
Mrs. Pedde continues to teach in the elementary and supervise grades 1 – 6.
Barb Wilhoit, 2nd Grade
Mrs. Wilhoit has been at Fairview since 2001. She has been a teacher for over fifteen years.
Jeanette McCracken, 3rd Grade
We would like to welcome Mrs. McCracken to our faculty this year.
Greg Wiseman, 4th Grade
Mr. Wiseman has been teaching the 4th Grade at Fairview for almost 20 years. He also serves as Assistant Basketball Coach and Elementary Chaplain.
Ginger Parson, 5th Grade
We would like to welcome Mrs. Parson to our faculty this year.
Debbie Howard, 6th Grade
Debbie Howard has been teaching at Fairview for over ten years. She has a long and varied teaching experience in many areas and has taught in Christian schools from Maine to the South Pacific.
Janice Reed, k4
Mrs. Reed is our “Kindergarten Grandma”, having taught in our Kindergarten program over twenty years.
KariAn McElhaney, k5
Mrs. McElhaney is a graduate of Fairview Christian Academy. She has taught at our school for a combined five years.
Shannon Steele, k2/k3
Mrs. Steele heads our new k2/k3 program. She is a new addition to our staff.
Brandi Phillips, k2/k3
Mrs. Phillips also works with the k2/k3 program. She is also a new addition to our staff.
Support Staff
Connie Keeton, School Secretary
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Keeton to our staff this year. She is here to serve our teachers and our parents in any way that she can.
Anita Taylor, Teacher Support
Mrs. Taylor is a long time worker at FCA. She is our resident substitute, a helper in the Kindergarten program, and she heads up our Late Stay program.
Paullette Scallions, Lunch
Mrs. Scallions serves as our lunch lady. She has worked at FCA since her husband started the school in 1978.
Rebekah Kratchovil, Custodial
Mrs. Kratchovil is a favorite face around Fairview. Not only does she do the thankless job of cleaning up, she is invaluable as a fundraiser, decorator and general helper around the school.
Dick Howard, Maintenance
Mr. Howard is our maintenance supervisor. Prior to working at Fairview, he served in posts around the world for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
